My name is Kristofor and I live on the most beautiful island in the Adriatic Sea – the island of Rab!

I am half “Rabian” and half “Black Forestrian” and born in Germany. At the age of 6 my parents moved with me to the former Yugoslavia, exactly to Croatia and since 1987 I live on the island of Rab in the Kvarner Bay.

In fact I am forwarding agent but after the university-entrance diploma I decided to go in the tourism branch in which I am now working for a long time. Meanwhile I studied at the hotel management college in Ika/Opatija and got a tour guide licence for the region of Kvarner Bay and the Plitvice Lakes. After a long time working as concierge, travel agent and tour guide I heard one day about “Islandhopping” (incidentally from exalted guest) and I decided to try it out. Now I am a more-proud half Croatian since I discovered and get to know on the most interesting way the beauties of the fascinating Adriatic Islands.

Looking forward to explore the incomparably bonniness of the Croatian coast together with you, gain an insight to the peculiarity of the islanders, may it their songs, their language and also their sense of humour.
