Payment and cancellation conditions 2013:

Prepayment: 5.000 euro; balance payment: 30 days prior departure
Cancellation fees: cancellation of the whole group from 1st December 2012 until 60 days prior departure: 5.000 euro; 60 to 30 days prior departure: 50% of the invoice; within 30 days prior departure: 90% of the invoice
