Hello everybody, my name is  Irena Martic. I'm 23 years old and live and study in Pula and work for Island Hopping. I suppose those are the most important things you'd need to know about me, or not?

You might be surprised that I know German so well, but everybody at Island Hopping speaks German. But let me tell you anyway how that came about. I was born in Bosnia, but when the war broke out my family had to leave the country. We went to Germany, where we spent 4 wonderful years. Then we moved back to Croatia, where I've been living now for 11 years. I am studying at the Economics University and have just finished my first year.

How I got involved with Island Hopping? Quite simple: Since I've always been interested in working with people and am a spontaneous and cheerful type, I wanted to use these advantages professionally as well. The combination of bike and boat, culture and leisure makes this job ideal for me.That's why I want to share this feeling with you and I hope that you'll visit us soon.
